It’s the booking cost for our Angel Tours.

 

A non-refundable upfront fee that gives you access to the exclusive support of one of our Angels, who will guide you through the apartments best suited to your needs and organize your Angel Tour.

The Booking Fee covers all the work involved in researching, selecting, and scheduling your tour.

The Success Fee is the cost of the Angel Tour. The amount is pre-authorized 24 hours before your Angel Tour on the selected payment method, but. it is not charged until you find your new home.

If your search with Dotstay doesn’t lead to a match, the amount is automatically released.

1Book the Angel tour

Select the features you're looking for in your new home and book your Angel Tour for just €89 Booking Fee, choosing the package that suits you best among 1, 3, and 7 days.

2AUTHORIZE THE SUCCESS FEE

24 hours before the Angel Tour start, the amount of the Success Fee will be pre-authorized on your credit card. If you choose to use Paypal, the amount of the Success Fee will be directly deducted.

3Enjoy

Your Angel Tour in the city. With your Angel, you will explore up to 5 solutions selected for you. Take this chance to ask anu questions you have about your new city.

Did you find your new home?

Hooray, you've found your home!

Most of our clients discover their perfect match during the first Angel Tour! If you've also found your perfect fit, the Success Fee amount will be securely collected.

You didn't find your perfect home

If, at the end of the Angel Tour, you haven't found the perfect solution for you, the pre-authorized Success Fee amount won't be charged to your credit card or will be refunded via PayPal with no additional fees!

Angel Tour Rules

Your attendance at all appointments during the Angel Tour with Dotstay is a crucial step in finding your ideal home.

Therefore, in the event that you miss one of the scheduled appointments during your Angel Tour, you will be charged 50% of the Success Fee.

If you miss two appointments, however, you will be charged the full 100% of the Success Fee."

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your Angel Tour before than 15 days of your scheduled appointment, you won't incur any Success Fee charges.

If you cancel within 14 days before the Angel Tour, you will only be liable for 50% of the Success Fee.

However, you will be charged the full Success Fee if you decide to cancel your Angel Tour from the day of your first appointment:
